I currently run for Wofford College in South Carolina, where I double major in biology and Spanish. I will be spending 5 months studying abroad in Chile in 2017. I love cookie dough a little too much and spend most of my free time outside or asleep (or both). Living & running to know Christ and to make Him known!

Treadmilled it today! 1.5 warm up, then fartlek of 4 x 3min on, 3 min off. On's were 6:58, off's were 8:45. Felt smooth and great. 1.5 cool down outside.

5 late-night recovery miles around Webster, 8:26 average. 

So yeah I got real busy real fast all of a sudden when I went out west, and days have turned into weeks that I haven't blogged. Rest assured, I have in fact been running, albeit not as much as I'd like!! But tomorrow or Tuesday I will catch up and try to at least log my mileage for the past 5ish weeks that I've let get away from me.
